Practise self care this Christmas
1) Create a good Self Care routine
Start as you mean to go on. Eat seasonally and enjoy when you indulge! There’s plenty of opportunity to “face plant” the mince pies and bubbles. Try to keep everything in moderation to avoid those sugar highs and lows.
Keep drinking plenty of fluids and exercise every day!
2) Look Your Best
Your self care routine is a great way start to looking your best. If your skin needs a boost, indulge with
