Getting More of What You Have
There are many different ways to practice the Law of Attraction and bring abundance into your life.
One of the simplest ways is to practice gratitude. By just saying, “Thank you,” the Universe is compelled to bring you more of the good stuff.
One way of practicing gratitude is to make a gratitude box – as simple or as decorated a box as you wish, depending on how creative you want to be – or you could use something you already have, such as a nice box that came with gift.
The box works like this: As well as practising gratitude for whatever you already have, or what you want more of, you write each of those things down on a piece of paper and read them aloud. This doubles the vibration of your gratitude.
Next, fold up the piece of paper on which you’ve written down the thing for which you’re grateful, and put it in your gratitude box. Do this every day, more than once if you wish.
Once or twice a week, open the box and take two or three pieces of paper out of the box. Read them aloud again, and then replace them in the box.
By reading your gratitude notes out loud, and by repeating this process, you are continually raising the vibration of whatever it is you are saying, “Thank you,” for. You are bringing more of the same into your life.
I have a beautiful purple box with gold humming birds on it (see picture). I endeavour to put something into it every day and to re-read my notes a couple of times each week. I also say, “Thank you,” throughout the day; sometimes because a traffic light goes green as I approach it, or when a gap appears in the traffic as I am trying to get out of a busy road, or when there is a parking space right outside the place I need to be.
Saying, “Thank you,” becomes second nature when you start to practise it every day. And the wonderful thing is, the more you use gratitude, the more abundance you receive through the Law of Attraction.
